  • 1 Tbsp unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 1/2 Tbsp unrefined granulated sugar, such as evaporated cane juice

  • 1/8 tsp baking soda

(And potatoes/sweet potatoes but that just because they decided to do that in my pantry) Do you guys regrow any of your food?

瞬間連写アクションポーズ02 殺陣・ソードアクション篇 [単行本]  and 瞬間連写アクションポーズ03 ヒロイン・アクション篇 [単行本]  Real Action Pose Books.

The sword one is neat because they have a kimono on and kimono whoops robe off and robe on version of each shot most of the time. And the third book looks really nice, I hope I can find it. Bought this also from Kinokuniya in hopes one day I do an action comic mixing a storyboard/comic style for the action scenes. An example of this would be some panels Agasang did I still swoon over.

Also I wonder how many takes it took to get that cool scene down where he kicks the guys sword back in.

Movement by Guido Mocafico

About the project and book:

Time is naturally divided by astronomical phenomena, such as the seasons or day and night, which repeat themselves in a cyclical fashion. To divide Time into finer fractions, artificial means such as sundials which mark the movement of the shadows projected by the sun, or clepsydra based on water flow, were invented. Ever since 1657, when the first watch was created, we use oscillatory movements of a mechanical system to measure time. The photographer Guido Mocafico has explored these movements. He chose more complex and rarer mechanisms: a whole new world of know-how controlled by Master Watchmakers without any trace of electronics. A plunge into an unknown world, comparable to the exploration of living being.

The description calls this romantic and feminine. Perhaps — that tail has a little bit of a bustle to it— but I can think of a dozen ways a femme dandy could rock that shit.

Brown Wood Owl

This is one of my favorite owl images because of the wings. It’s a perfect artistic reference because you can see how the wings fit to the body so well. It’s almost more like a bat wing rather than a bird wing because of the extra layer of skin and feathers above the elbow joint than connects back to the body. Also Brown Wood Owls are among my favorite owl species.
